Owner-Away Concierge

For second-home owners and snowbirds. While you’re away, we’re your eyes, ears and keys in the desert — and your home is ready the moment you return.

  • Inside and outside walk-through: doors, windows and locks
  • Leak checks under sinks, around water heaters and toilets
  • AC and thermostat check — essential in Palm Springs summers
  • Running water and flushing toilets so drain traps don’t dry out
  • Pest check, plus bringing in packages and flyers
  • A photo report texted or emailed after each visit

Short-term rental management

Full service

25%of nightly rental revenue

Everything, start to finish: listing, pricing, guest messaging, turnovers, maintenance coordination and on-site response.

Half-service (co-hosting)

15%of nightly rental revenue

We run the listing, pricing, calendar, guest messaging, screening and reviews. You or your vendors handle cleaning and on-site needs.

Operations-only

12%of nightly rental revenue

You run the listing and guest messaging. We handle everything on the ground from check-in to check-out, including cleaners, restocking and damage photos.

All rental management fees exclude cleaning fees, taxes and platform fees.
